A customer's right to privacy is of importance to
TTi. When you complete a web form or otherwise register on our site,
we ask you to provide your name, company or organisation, e-mail address, and other information.
We then use that information to process your request or query. The
information is also stored in order that we know what sorts of
information will be of relevance to you as a customer.
Information that we collect and use
Information is used for the purpose of fulfilling requests. In addition we may also use the information to identify potential products and offerings that we feel will be of interest to you. The information gained may also be used to help us plan
future TTi products and services as well as improving the information
available on the web site.
TTi is the owner of the information collected on this site. In some instances, the contact information may also be used by one of our distributors
or one of our suppliers to get in touch with the customer.
Request and Registration forms
During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and e-mail address). It is optional to provide other information
but we encourage you to do so, so we can provide more personalised communication.
We use this information to learn more about our visitors, and to keep visitors up to date on new products, services and developments.
Emails that you receive
Any promotional or information emails that you may
receive from us or one of our suppliers or distributors will include
information as to how to unsubscribe.

Currently the TTi web site does not place any

We may use IP addresses to analyse trends and to gather broad demographic information.
We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable.

TTi is not responsible for the privacy practices of these other sites.
Data Security
Security of customer data is important to TTi.
The customer information database is available only to a limited number
of employees who are fully aware of the security and privacy
requirements. The database is password protected and maintained
behind a firewall.
Information Correction, Updating, and Deletion
To correct, update or otherwise change personal
information which may have been stored as a result of filling Request
Form or by contacting TTi by phone, email or other means - please email
